P6 unit 30

When someone creates and ORIGINAL piece of work they can have the exclusive rights for it. All this basically means no one else has the right to copy their original work unless they have permission from the creator. The copyright holder has all credit for his/her work. The holder can let people have the right to take their work and adapt it and this can benefit the copyright holder financially.

A trademark is where a company or product make or create something they have a distinct logo or symbol to show you that it belongs to them and permission is needed before you decide to use it or develop it. Then there is no excuse of not knowing that there's no trademark therefore its free for anyone to use or take it is also plagiarism.
